I can't believe I'm actually responding to Sarah Palins' lynch mob mentality illustrated at thinkprogress.org/2009/11/14/palin-hang-ksm but she seems to have become the guiding light for Corporate Super Lawyer Eric L. Chase where he writes in 11/30 NJ Law Journal, "Decision to try 9/11 conspirators in US District Court is wrong." (premium subscribers only).

On 4/19/95, just after parents dropped their children off at day care at the Ok City Murrah Fed Bldg, the unthinkable happened. Who was it that sponsored Gulf War I vets McVeigh & Nichols frequent trips to meet with Trade Center bombers in the Philippines & OK City ( See tomflocco.com/fs/SecretServIntelSay.htm )? Who picked up the motel tab where McVeigh, Nichols & Al-Hussaini were seen together & was later visited (pre-9/11) by Mohamed Atta, Zacharias Moussaouy and Marwan Al-Shehi ( The registered flight school students )? Yet he supposedly left the US Army back in 1993. Timothy McVeigh, the 'Oklahoma City Bomber', clearly declared himself to associates and relatives as a hostile combatant toward the US without torture or duress. He and another Gulf War Veteran were charged with detonating explosives at Murrah Region Six Federal Building supposedly occupied by Federal Military and Intelligence agencies as well as an active day care center. The court granted a change of venue ordering the case to be transferred from Oklahoma City to the U.S. District Court in Denver, Colorado presided over by U.S. District Judge Richard Matsch. McVeigh was convicted and supposedly executed. It is significant to note that his death certificate identifies the US Army as being his employer.

In spite of this precedent people like Chase and Palin want supposed terrorist Khalid Sheikh Mohammed (KSM) to be KFC'd in a military court. KSM was charged on February 11, 2008, with war crimes and murder by a U.S. military commission and faces the death penalty if convicted. Is this because virtually all "ad hoc civilian hostiles" were financed and trained by US Military? Or is it because their confessions were coerced under duress of torture by US Military Personel? Yet Al Capone & his Mafia were never tried in a military court for the Valentine's Day Massacre. According to the 911 Commission Snow Job KSM is an alleged member of Osama bin Laden's al-Qaeda organization yet the bin Laden family has been very close to the Bush family for generations and the Bushs stay at their palace when visiting middle east. The bin Laden family is very active in building US military bases. Bin Laden's al-C.I.A.da has been a US paramilitary contractor in Afghanistan for many years.

Most damning of all is the fact that former CIA Director Robert Gates was one of the founders of al Qaeda, the CIA's Arab Legion which was assembled to attack the Soviets in Afghanistan. Gates is thus part of the infrastructure that produced the patsies of 9/11 (See rense.com/general74/fili.htm ). On 9th October, 1986, Robert Gates and William J. Casey had lunch with Oliver North. It seems that the CIA wanted to see the paperwork for the delivery of arms to Iran. Gates told North: "If you think it's that sensitive we can put it in the director's personal safe." That afternoon, Casey appeared before two Congressional oversight committees, where he maintained that the CIA had nothing to do with the supplying of contras ( See spartacus.schoolnet.co.uk/MDgatesR.htm ). After a symbolic sacrifice of a few Nazi pawns it is now revealed, in newly released Nuremberg transcripts, that the major players merely received mild reprimands, allowed to reorganize, & employed by US & Russia to continue their murderous agenda. The 1933 Reichstag-Assault provided the legal platform for 12 years of dictatorship & WWII Military State Combatant. Its main benefactor was IG-Farben, the largest European petro-chemical Cartel seeking control of oil & chemical industry worldwide. In the Nuremberg War Tribunal in 1946/47 this Cartel was tried for ‘conquest’, ‘robbery’ and ‘slavery’ and - as a result - it was dismantled into Bayer, BASF & Hoechst. US-Chief Prosecutor T. Taylor stated: “If their guilt is not brought to light, they will do even more harm in the future.
